Shakspeare Festival - Cougar Pride has held its first ever Shakespeare Festival with several hundred year 6 pupils taking part in workshops held by Bath -based Kieran Jones and his team of actors .

East Riddlesden Hall,Victoria Hall ,Saltaire ,Parklands Primary and Future House hosted the events which saw Students take part in a innovative and interactive performance of 'Romeo and Juliet'.

The event was held in conjuction with Education Bradford and UFA

Cup Final Fever Hits Cougar Pride - The Cougars recent success in the Championship 1 Grand Final has seen the Cougar Pride Students involved both in the build up and subsequent celebrations that followed the teams victory.

Prior to the final students got the chance to perform their 'good luck' poems and chants to first team members Brendon Rawlins and Gav Duffy, whilst 'celebration raps' were the order of the day in in the week after the match ,with every student getting their chance to get their hands on the trophy and have their own cup winning moment.

Students from Myrtle Park and Victoria also found themselves in the middle of the Cougars Civic Celebrations as they saw the team off on its open toppedbus ride around the town .They had the chance to meet all the victorious players from the final as well as gaining some treasured autographs and pictures

Ben Joins the Pride Team - Cougar U18 squad member Ben Stead will join the Cougar Pride Team from September as a player mentor.

He has been with the Cougars since the age of 12 and will combine his time at the Centre,with working with the Community Team and studying towards his 'A ' levels.

Celebration Summer 2009- Cougar Squad Members Jon Presley and Tom Hall , along with Coach Barry Eaton and mascot Freddie Cougar were on hand to present the awards at the latest Celebration event at Cougar Pride , held to mark the completion of the Summmer Term of ' Playing For Success ' after school sessions.

' Pride of ' certificates were awarded to the outstanding students from each school in front of a packed Pride centre audience.
